Scottish Starlets

The Scottish Starlets were established in 2003 by Laura Mackie (now Laura Douglas. ) The are based in Pumpherston, West Lothian. They have grown form 1 squad in 2003 to 9 squads in 2010. They compete in a host of different styles from cheer to hip hop. They teach pupils from the age of 5 to 40.

The Scottish Starlets have grown ever since they started and are now even competing over the border in England.

EC Allsteps

This weeks' team of the week is dedicated to EC Allsteps. EC Allsteps were started in 2006 by Vicky Hamilton and are based in East Calder, West Lothian.They have grown from 1 squad to 6 squads competing in both hip hop and cheer styles in that short time. They cater for all ages from 5 right up until 45.

At their last Scottish competition , Scotcheer 2 in October 2010, they came away with 13 firsts, 2 seconds and 2 thirds. What an achievement for a squad that have being going a short time.
